A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date forpassengers. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision attimes. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.
Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanois Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilise the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.
